Evidence
Measured behavior, reported exactly.
Every figure below is computed from logged member behavior and reported with its cohort definition attached. Signup cohort September 2025 to April 2026, first 90 days.

Cohort: 14,709 users who joined between September 2025 and April 2026, reported their weekly drinking at onboarding, and logged 10 or more days in their third month (days 60 to 89 after signup). Within it, 85.6% were below their onboarding level, 49.8% cut by half or more, 55.6% of the 10,456 who started above 14 drinks a week were at or below 14, and the median share of tracked days fully alcohol-free was 58.3%. Chart: the 12,475 of those who also logged 10 or more days in months 1 and 2; points are cohort medians; weekly rate = drinks per logged day × 7.

Cognitive behavioral therapy
The daily curriculum draws on CBT frameworks clinicians already use: thoughts, patterns, alternatives.
Behavior change techniques
Goal-setting, self-monitoring, and feedback loops from the established behavior change literature.
Neuroscience-informed

Scope of use
Who Reframe is for. And who it isn't.
Built for
Adults who want to cut back on their drinking or quit. Clients doing the work with you in session who need structure, tools, and momentum in the days in between.
Not built for
Reframe is not a substitute for medical detox or treatment of severe physical dependence. Onboarding screens for signs of severe dependence and directs those users toward appropriate care.
Whether Reframe fits a specific client is your clinical judgment. Your free account exists so you can make that call from firsthand knowledge of the program, not from a marketing page.
Privacy and data
Everything they log can come into session. When your client chooses.
A week of drink logs, journal entries, and milestones becomes concrete self-report the moment a client decides to share it. That is the only path it travels: Reframe sends nothing to your practice on its own, so there is nothing new to store, secure, or document.
What the app collects from your client
Account basics (name, email, payment), the drinking and program data they log in the app, optional health data they choose to connect through Apple Health or Health Connect, and standard device and usage analytics. Reframe does not sell personal information, and health data is never shared with advertisers.
Read the full privacy policyWhat can come into session
Whatever your client wants to work with. They can open the app in session and walk you through their week: the drink log, a journal entry, a milestone they hit. Outside of that, nothing reaches you. No dashboards, no reports, no alerts, and nothing added to your records or compliance workload.
FAQ
The questions clinicians actually ask.
Your invite code unlocks 30 days of full access instead of the standard 7-day trial. After that, standard pricing applies: $13.99 a month or $99.99 to $119.99 a year in the US, shown in full before any charge. No surprises for your client.
Only what your client chooses to show you. Clients can open the app in session and use their week, the drink log, a journal entry, a milestone, as concrete self-report to work from. Reframe sends nothing to your practice on its own, so there is nothing new for you to store, secure, or document.
